TWO PERSONS HELD – SEIZED ANABOLIC STEROIDS
On 11-12-2020 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team, along with Drug Officials of Hyderabad City conducted raid on A1 Supplement Store #10-5-5/A/3, Beside Agra Sweets, Road No.1, Banjara hills, Hyderabad, apprehended (2) persons by name 1) Mohammed Zubair and 2) Mohammed Mustafa, Later also raided on H.No.11-1-1204/1/28, Afzal Sagar, Habeeb nagar, Hyderabad, who were selling Anabolic Steroids which are mostly used by the youth in order to increase the growth of body muscle instantly and selling the same to the needy clients without any valid license from the concerned authorities and earning money illegally. Seized Anabolic Steroids worth of Rs.14,00,000/-, (3) Cell phones and net cash of Rs.3,500/- from their possession.
Accused:-
1) Mohammed Zubair S/o Mohammed Ghouse, aged 32 yrs, Occ: Fitness Trainer & Supplement Supplier, R/o H.No. 11-1-1204/1/28, Afzal Sagar, Habeeb nagar, Hyderabad,
2) Mohammed Mustafa S/o Mohammed Shafi, aged 21 yrs, Occ: Works at A1 Supplement Store #, 10-5-5/A/3, Beside Agra Sweets, Humayunnagar, Hyderabad, R/o H.No.10-2-300/47, Laxmi nagar, Vijay nagar colony, Hyderabad,
Modus Operandi:-
The prime accused Mohammed Zubair from last 12 years is working as Fitness Trainer and he gained enough knowledge in Supplements by participating in Mr.Indian, Mr.World and UK Physique Championship. He diverted his attention towards selling of Anabolic Steroids, which are having huge demand in Indian market. These steroids are mostly used by the youth in order to increase the growth and boost of body muscle, but it causes damage to Kidneys, Liver, and Heart of the Human body. He is selling some Steroids which are exclusively used for Animal treatment only. In this connection he along with his brother Mohammed Mustafa hatched a plan to purchase the said Anabolic Steroids from foreign countries through Body building friends and sell the same in the market and also to his clients for high price, for which the accused came in contact with one Rahul who is a native of Punjab and Vijay who is native of Delhi both used to purchase the Steroids through online. Subsequently from last 2 years he along with his brother Mohammed Mustafa started Supplement Store on the name of A1 Supplement Store # 10-5-5-A/3, Beside Agra Sweets, Road No.1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and along with the Supplements he also started purchasing few Anabolic Steroids from foreign countries like USA, UK, and Australia these countries are most popular in manufacturing of Anabolic Steroids these may not be manufactured in India and having more demand in our country. Through some known persons the accused Mohammed Zubair is purchasing these Anabolic Steroids through courier services
and dumping of Steroids in A1 Supplement Store # 10-5-5/A/3, Beside Aghra Sweets, Masab Tank, and Hyderabad. Further they are selling these Steroids along with Supplements in the market to needy customers/clients on higher price without any license and prescription and gaining profit illegally which is endangerous to life.

Kidneys failure.
Liver damage
Heart Attack
Blood clots
The accused persons along with seized materials were handed over to Drug Inspector, Mehdipatnam Circle and SHO Habeeb Nagar PS, for further investigation.
The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri B.Gattu Mallu, Inspector of Police, West Zone Task Force and SI’s Sri N.Ranjith Kumar, Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri Md Mujaffar Ali and the staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
